The Librarian Theatre is touring Somerset Libraries this Summer, presenting ‘The Green Ship’ by Quentin Blake

The theatre production of the book is their first ever stage adaptation; they are undertaking an epic 50-show tour of the play between 1st May and 30th June 2019, around UK public libraries including Bridgwater Library.

Sue Crowley, Strategic Manager Libraries at Somerset County Council said,

“This promises to be a magical, family-friendly play about childhood, friendship and the power of the imagination. We are delighted that a performance will be held in Bridgwater Library on Saturday 1st June, at 2.30pm.

“Tickets cost £3.00 and are on sale at and via the library.
