Every year World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated on 21st March.

A group of colleagues who work in a local Special Educational Needs School in Bridgwater, all wore odd socks today to help raise awareness for their students and for many other people in the world, who have down syndrome.

Teri Loader, told us,

“We swapped socks, jumped in our scoks, worked in our socks and even had fun in our socks.”

If you have joined in and helped to raise awareness today, we would love to see your photos.
